Free treatment in Uttarakhand will continue uninterrupted for government employees and pensioners under the Ayushman Bharat Yojana. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has directed the Health Department to ensure that eligible beneficiaries receive timely and quality healthcare.

Following CM Dhami’s orders, Health Secretary Dr. R. Rajesh Kumar clarified that Golden Card holders will continue to receive free treatment in Uttarakhand at three major private hospitals in Dehradun: Jolly Grant Hospital, Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital, and Graphic Era Hospital.

Dr. Kumar emphasized that the government’s mission is to provide accessible and quality healthcare to every eligible citizen. Under the Ayushman Bharat scheme, millions of poor and underprivileged families have been receiving free treatment in Uttarakhand, ensuring they are not burdened by medical expenses.

The state government remains committed to the successful implementation of this flagship health scheme. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami reiterated that providing free treatment in Uttarakhand to the needy is both a top priority and a solemn duty of the state. He further added that the administration is determined to make healthcare services more accessible and effective through schemes like Ayushman Bharat.
